At an early age I was exposed to many complicated family issues that effected my mind and body. In my late twenties I was struggling with anger management issues. I would lose my temper quickly and snap at those I loved the most. I would jump the gun on issues at work, and have to apologise later because I didn't listen properly. And the more frustration I felt at work, the more I would snap at my family. It felt like a never ending cycle.
In my early thirties I discovered meditation, and later reiki, and they both changed by life. I am now a trained Reiki master and Meditation teacher, and I want to share with you the techniques I have used to calm myself down, address my triggers, and control my anger.
